Ricky Williams, who the Dolphins could probably use the services of right now with Ronnie Brown out for the year with a torn ACL, is still waiting for the NFL to make a decision on his reinstatement. According to the Miami Herald, Williams' agent, Leigh Steinberg, said Monday night, "It wouldn't surprised me if it happened this week, and it wouldn't surprise me if it happened next week." Williams has been working out regularly and is close to his playing weight.
