XC season just started here, first duel meet of 17 kids, i got 6th place...
Ryan Hall- No medal
David Ritz- No Medal
Bernard Lagat- No Medal
ah what a crappie olympics...althou i did was Bekele to win the 5000, and to set a new OR lol first one to break 13:00 at the olympics...quite a feat.

about? come on now, we are runners and EVERY second counts, lemme hear the official time when you find out. even a 36:00 is not a 35.... Keep training though, remember Champions are made when no one is looking. and just for the record, a 36 isan't all that bad. ok you're right its freaking amazing.
